CM YUVA Youth Adda was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji on International MSME Day, 27 June 2025, in Lucknow, marking the launch of a transformative initiative under the CM Yuva Scheme, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Rooted in the visionary leadership of Hon’ble CM Yogi Adityanath Ji and aligned with Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, CM YUVA Youth Adda is committed to empowering Uttar Pradesh’s youth with opportunities, skills, entrepreneurship support, and access to government schemes—transforming young aspirants into job creators, entrepreneurs, and drivers of economic growth.

How Youth Adda came to be and where we are headed

The Beginning

UPICON Initiative

Youth Adda started as a UPICON initiative to help youth in Uttar Pradesh — especially in Tier-2, Tier-3 cities and rural areas — access skilling, financing, and government schemes under one roof.

Growth & Expansion

Vision 2027

We expanded to all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh, launched structured programs, and partnered with MSMEs, banks, and government bodies to bring real entrepreneurship opportunities to every corner of the state.

Today & Beyond

2024+

Today, Youth Adda serves 5 Lakh+ youth through 75 district centers, with ₹1000 Cr+ credit mobilized and 10,000+ youth enterprises supported — with plans to scale nationally.
