These terms govern your use of the Youth Adda website and services operated by UPICON — U.P. Industrial Consultants Limited. By registering or using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the services.

1. About the Service

Youth Adda provides free access to skilling programs, entrepreneurship guidance, loan facilitation, franchise counselling, MSME support and government scheme information through district centers across Uttar Pradesh and this website. Registration and the Youth Adda ID are free of cost — no one is authorised to charge you for them.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be at least 14 years of age to register.
• The information you provide at registration must be true, complete and kept up to date. Services and scheme applications are processed on the basis of these details.
• Your Youth Adda ID and OTPs are personal to you. Do not share them, and inform your center if you believe your account is being misused.

3. Schemes, Loans & Third Parties

Youth Adda facilitates access to government schemes and bank finance, but approval of any application — including PMEGP, MUDRA or CM Yuva Udyami loans — rests solely with the concerned government department, bank or institution under their own rules. Youth Adda and UPICON do not guarantee approval, timelines or outcomes, and information on this website about schemes is a summary that may change; the official notification of each scheme prevails.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false information, impersonating another person, scraping data, or interfering with the site's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

The Youth Adda name, logo and website content belong to UPICON or their respective owners and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Success stories and photographs are published with the consent of the people featured.

6. Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, UPICON is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, temporary unavailability, or decisions of third parties such as banks and government departments.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes & Governing Law

We may revise these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
